I joined the lab in 2019 to study how and why the centrosome is maintained in some differentiated cells. Previously, I worked on mRNA localization and gene expression regulation by chromatin. I am fascinated by many topics in biology, but as a cell biologist I am particularly curious about the cytoskeleton (with a huge crush on microtubules).
I am also very interested in the functioning of our community – peer review and open access policies, scientific integrity and science communication. I regularly tweet about related topics, such as: Cell Bio, Preprints, Prelights, ASAPbio, Grant lottery, Journal-agnostic peer review, Eco-Friendly Lab Practices, DORA, Mentorship Assessment, Science Comedy.
