I joined the CCR lab as a postdoc in September 2022 to study the evolution of microtubule organising centres (MTOCs) in non-model organisms. I am particularly interested in understanding the morphological and molecular constraints on the evolution of MTOCs using bioinformatics approaches. In my previous projects, I was mainly focused on studying the diversity of the human genome and identifying candidate genes/variants that confer susceptibility to disease.
