Work With Us

Our research focuses on the role of centrosomes and cilia in development, disease and evolution. Centrosomes and cilia play critical events in organizing the cytoskeleton, intracellular signaling and sensing the environment, as well as cell motility. These structures are often altered in a variety of human diseases such as developmental disorders, cancer and infertility. Our laboratory uses an integrated approach that combines cell biology, genetic and biochemistry studies in model organisms and in human cells, combined with bioinformatics, mathematical modelling and patient samples.
